Happy Valentines Day

This may be an inexpensive Valentines Day gift, but through the years it may become priceless. Since the whole world is going high tech, why can’t love notes also be saved in cyber space?

I wanted to start this blog for you and me to share how we feel about one another and to have a secret romantic place that is all our own.

I don’t tell you enough how much you mean to me. I think these things, but I don’t tell you. For example, I just sit and smile for a while after hanging up the phone from a silly call with you. I think them when I am working with someone who is driving me crazy and wonder how does your wife deal with you – Man I am so luck to have Matt! Now instead of just thinking these things, I can log in and share them with you!

So, I will begin now with a list of small things I love about you and make me feel so blessed to have you!

I love that you say (and have taught Liv to say) “Twizzlers make mouths happy” as you eat them
I love that you are completely honest with people even when they don’t want to hear what you have to say
I am glad you let me have the safety to be honest with you on how I feel even if there is no reason for me to feel that way, or if I am confused about how I am feeling
I love that you fell like I do about showers – You enjoy getting clean, but all the before and after work – I Don’t Know…..
I love how you say, “I don’t know….”
I love that our child lights up when you walk into a room
I love it when you massage my back
I love it when you clean the kitchen
I love that you make me laugh so hard that the memory of the conversation will cause me to laugh out loud a few days later
I love that you are such a good friend to Matt Castleman. I don’t think that many guys have such true friendships. It makes me want to work harder at my friendships with Jamie and Rachael
I love that you pee with the toilet seat down and you don’t make a mess - and that you think people who can’t do that are weird
I love that you have peed on most, if not all, of the SEC campuses
I love that you love me how I am, flaws and all – and you act like you don’t even see the flaws
I love that we like the same TV shows even when no one else does– Arrested Development, Scrubs, Alias, Lost, Simpson’s….
I love that even when you think a TV show is silly you still watch it with me – Beauty and the GeekI loved watching you and Liv catch snow this weekend
